Three villages make up Acoma Pueblo are: Sky City, Acomita and McCartys.
Known as 'Sky City' because its residents live on top of a 370-foot high sandstone mesa, Acoma Pueblo was established over 2,000 years ago, making it one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the U.S.
